1. About Us

We design and create handmade furniture and homewares. Each piece is crafted with care, using natural materials that may vary in colour, grain, and texture. 

2. Orders 

  • When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. 

  • For handmade or made‑to‑order items, production times will be clearly stated before purchase. 

  • If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund. 

3. Pricing & Payment 

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. 

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. 

  • We do not store card details. 

4. Delivery 

  • Delivery times vary depending on the product. 

  • We will provide an estimated delivery window, but delays may occur due to courier issues or factors outside our control. 

  • Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering. 

  • 5. Handmade Nature of Products 

  • Many of our items are handcrafted from natural materials.  

This means: 

  • Variations in wood grain, knots, and colour are normal 

  • Measurements may vary slightly 

  • No two pieces are identical 

These characteristics are part of the charm of handmade furniture and are not considered faults. 😊 

 

6. Returns & Refunds 

Our full Returns Policy is available below. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can put things right. 

7. Intellectual Property 

All content on our website — including images, designs, and text — belongs to Moosewood. You may not use or reproduce it without permission. 

8. Liability 

We are not liable for: 

  • Damage caused by improper assembly or misuse 

  • Normal wear and tear 

  • Changes in appearance due to natural materials 

 

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
